MOST OLD-TIMERS WOULD COME EVERY DAY AND BOW TO THE KITCHEN.

When you see that meat coming out of the skewers, it's very hot, the juice is falling off. It just creates a nostalgia in me.

I always believe in looking at little things. I always appreciate the little things in life than bigger things. I am a big fan of small, small things and this gives me happiness.

I don't have any favorite knives. I genuinely don't have any favorite knives. I know chefs had their favorites. These big things, they don't excite me so much. Nobody appreciates small equipment like... it could be a simple thing like a small pot.  

Everybody in the kitchen says they love this technology, this or that.  

The basis of my cooking started with skewers. I'm so attached to it.
